Dental Exam
A 90-minute exam that’s so much more than routine. We’ve reimagined every detail of your dental exam. With smaller patient list, we can limit any wait time. Our Comfortable Cleaning technology is as gentle as it is thorough. Our X-rays are completed in seconds, not minutes, with 80% less radiation, plus digital imaging. Free Oral Cancer Screening for peace of mind, completely gratis. Laser therapy is fully included when necessary to enhance recovery. We’ll never, ever recommend care that you don’t need or want.
Biological Extraction
Extractions are necessary to remove non-restorable or infected teeth. Biological extraction surgical procedures remove all diseased tissues along with the non-restorable tooth. By removing surrounding diseased tissues, you can receive quicker, more complete healing. Unresolved infections lead to chronic degenerative diseases throughout the body, depressing the immune system. Langellier patients receive high-spectrum, Erbium laser treatment, plasma-rich protein, and ozone in the chair to increase successful healing, along with home care instructions and the comfort healing protocol.

Dental Cavitation
A hole in the jawbone, which can fill with toxins, bacteria and become painful. This usually happens where a tooth has been removed, and the bone has not healed/filled in properly. Inside a cavitation, anaerobic bacteria flourish and deviant cells multiply. The bacterial waste products are extremely potent and result in digestion problems, chronic fatigue, general feeling of malaise, and other chronic health problems. This surgical procedure addresses the immediate causes of your pain, and helps prevent systemic diseases. Untreated cavitations are possible causes of chronic facial pain. We call them "NICO” (Neuralgia Inducing Cavitational Osteonecrosis). This is the overlooked factor in trigeminal neuralgia, as well as other kinds of facial pain.

Wisdom Teeth & Ceramic Implants
Ceramic implants are an ideal alternative to traditional implants. Made of a biocompatible material that's hypoallergenic and doesn't corrode like titanium, ceramic implants can be colored to match your natural teeth and look and feel like your own teeth. Biological wisdom teeth extraction is a holistic approach to removing a wisdom tooth that differs from a conventional extraction. A biological extraction removes the periodontal ligament, uses ozone to promote healing, uses platelet rich fibrin for better healing, and other methods, including IV to speed up healing.

Nightlase
Eliminate or reduce snoring and sleep apnea with this non-invasive laser treatment. Nightlase therapy is a patient-friendly laser treatment that renatures collagen. As collagen is restructured, it makes the airway bigger. Patients with snoring and sleep apnea can enjoy numerous benefits from this treatment without having to undergo surgery. Research shows that Nightlase can help reduce snoring 74%, and is an effective, non-invasive treatment for mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea.

Biomodulation
A light therapy that uses non-ionizing light to treat a variety of conditions. Biomodulation is a proven method for reducing pain using an electrical stimulus to actively transform inflammatory pathways at the cellular level. This non-invasive therapy can be very effective for managing pain by stimulating the body’s release of nitric oxide, endorphins, and neuropeptides in the blood stream. Biomodulation can support the healing process by promoting blood circulation in the treated area. We may use this technology to relieve dental pain after tooth extractions and other dental procedures, promote relaxation of the neck and shoulders, reduce jaw pain, and aid in a faster recovery

Tongue-Tie
Tongue-tie can contribute to poor swallowing and more. Ankyloglossia, or “tongue-tie” is very common and can contribute to poor systemic health. Research shows tongue-tie can contribute to poor swallowing, poor tongue posture, poor craniosacral flow, clenching and grinding of the teeth, TMJ disorders, jaw pain, poor sleep, and speech impediment. Tongue-tie release is accomplished via a simple, surgical laser procedure to cut and reduce fascia in the mouth. Recovery is rapid, with moderate soreness 24-48 hrs after the procedure. Patients receive a full physical therapy regimen to strengthen the muscles in the tongue.
